Awards & Recognitions
The New England Water Environment Association and the Water Environment Federation believe that individuals and groups should be recognized for meritorious achievements in our industry.
Awards are given in a variety of categories: safety, engineering, operations, public education, public relations, management, collection systems, laboratory expertise, and service to the organization. Some of these awards are offered through WEF, and others are recognitions from NEWEA. You may nominate yourself or another person or group for these awards using the appropriate NEWEA or WEF nomination forms. The nomination deadline is May 31, 2026.
