Submit an Article for Publication

Publication in the Journal can be a career/company enhancing tool as well as helping to promote technology and information transfer within our membership and the industry.  Our circulation is well established throughout New England and our web site allows global access to past Journals.

Journal Submission Guidelines

NEWEA invites the submission of papers or presentations for potential publication in the NEWEA Journal.

  • Submit completed papers or presentations online for review using the form below.  If email file sizes are an issue due to graphics, a text only version can be submitted for review purposes
  • PowerPoint presentations, outlines and handouts may also be submitted
  • If your submission is selected, you’ll be contacted to prepare a formal paper

  • Please provide a brief (250 or less) description of your submittal.
  • Max. file size: 50 MB.
    Upload your submission as a PDF for review. The maximum file size is 64MB. If your submission is larger than the maximum file size, please send an email to mail@newea.org
  • *Note: Please upload PDF documents only. Other file types will not be allowed.
  • By checking the box below, I grant to NEWEA a royalty-free license to publish my article and accompanying graphics in the NEWEA Journal, with appropriate attribution to me. I understand that I retain copyright ownership of the content of my article, and that the grant of this license does not prohibit me from using my article in any way or from allowing others to use it. I represent and warrant that my article does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark and privacy rights), is factually accurate, and contains nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful. I have the full authority to enter into this agreement and have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses from any individuals or organizations whose material is included or used in my article.
