Qualifications

·         Work directly with clients to set-up site visits, discuss operations/processes, and discuss and explain findings and results,

·         Work directly with state, municipal, federal and utility run grant programs to understand funding requirements and prepare applications on behalf of clients,

·         Perform construction phase services including start-up, testing, and commissioning of building and process systems,

·         Travel to site locations in New England and New York (and potentially other locations outside these regions) to meet with clients and perform field work.  Travel is anticipated to account for approximately 20% of employee’s time.

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in microbiology, public health, environmental science, sanitary engineering or related field, and knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and NPDES permit requirements as normally acquired through seven (7) to nine (9) years of experience of which a minimum of three years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Completion of EPA NPDES Permit Writer’s Course required within 6 months.
