Under the general direction of the Water Pollution Control Authority Bureau Chief, or designee, the Shift Foreman performs supervisory work in conjunction with the hands-on operation and maintenance of the Water Pollution Control Facility and collection system.  The incumbent may work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

The Superintendent of Water and Sewer is in charge of both the Water and Sewer Enterprise Systems. The position is responsible for the City’s waste water collection system and water distribution system in its entirety.
