The NEWEA Plant Operations Committee and Energy Committees are pleased to present a technical session and facility tour of Mattabassett District on Thursday, November 10th Training Contact Hours (TCHs) will be awarded for participating states. VIEW AGENDA >>
Leading WW plant energy and operations experts including Eversource and Enel X will provide presentations about energy efficiency and operational improvements. Mattabassett and its consultants will talk about the many energy and operational efficiency improvements they have made over recent years. The Technical session will be held at Eversource in Berlin, CT. This event will include eligibility for TCHs as well as a plant tour that will enable participants to see many of then improvement projects that Mattabassett has implemented at the facility. Operators, superintendents, city engineers, consultants, contractors and all other industry professionals who are interested in optimizing their wastewater operations through energy efficiency should attend. Attendance is limited!

For the tour: hard toed shoes are required; safety glasses and hard hats will be provided.
