Wastewater Operator

For over 20 years, The Water Planet Company / CleanWaterOps has been operating and maintaining client-owned wastewater treatment plants across the State of Connecticut. The facilities we operate are small: 5,000 to 50,000 GPD.

We are in need of at least one wastewater operator. Character is more important to us than experience. We’d like a full-time entry level-time person that we can train. Or, an experienced operator who wants to work full-time for us. Or, a retired municipal operator who wishes to work part-time. We’re flexible.

Our operators do the majority of their work alone, riding a circuit between multiple wastewater treatment plants daily. Meaning, we are looking for reliable, sober people who we can trust to be where they are supposed to be and doing what they are supposed to do. People who represent the company well.

We provide our full-time employees with a company vehicle to keep at home and a generous insurance and benefits package. Interested candidates are invited to email company president Grant Weaver at g.weaver@cleanwaterops.com.
