Wastewater Operator II

The unique resort Town of Waterville Valley, NH is seeking a Wastewater Operator to support the existing and future Wastewater Treatment Plants. Being primarily comprised of land located in the White Mountain National Forest, our treatment process meets the most stringent effluent requirements in the country. The existing plant meets these requirements today, however pushing 50 years old, it’s time for an upgrade.

The ideal candidate will currently or possess the following attributes:

A desire to live and work in either the southern White Mountain or northern lakes region of New Hampshire (no longer than a 45-minute response time to Waterville Valley).
A desire to work in a small team environment and independently as requested.
Availability to be on call during the weekends and evenings.
A minimum of a grade 2 (grade 3 preferred) wastewater license in the state of New Hampshire is required.
