Water Pollution Control Plant Manager & Chief Operator

The Town of Somerset is accepting applications for the position of Water Pollution Control Plant Manager & Chief Operator. This position is responsible for operating the Grade 7, 4.2 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant, as well as overseeing the Sanitary Sewer Collection System. This is a full-time position, 40hrs/week with a salary range of $107,057.60 to $141,232.00. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical and Biological Sciences or related field, and 5 to 7 years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and experience; and a Massachusetts Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator’s License equal to the grade of the plant.
