Participate in our Virtual Strategic Planning Session for the Innovation Council on March 29th and April 12th.
The goal for the first session is to define the vision for what the Innovation Council will be in 3-5 years. The second session will build on this and define the actions to reach this vision.
The agenda for March 29th is:
- Review NEWEA and Innovation Council mission and intention for the session.
- Review questions to consider:
- What does NEWEA’s membership need from an Innovation organization?
- What does the industry need from an Innovation organization to solve our water challenges?
- What does success look like?
- How will we measure success?
