Join the New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) for a Teacher (K-12) and Public Outreach Training at the MWRA’s Deer Island Wastewater Treatment Plant in Winthrop, MA this summer.
Participate in a treatment plant tour and activity. Learn about NEWEA classroom presentations. Engage in a hands-on World Water Monitoring Challenge workshop that you can repeat with your own students! You can even schedule a treatment plant tour for your class for the 2018 – 19 school year while you’re there.
