The New England Stormwater Collaborative received excellent submissions again this year and the decision was challenging. The Collaborative and its parent organizations (NEWWA, NEWEA, and NEAPWA) will award the top three “best stormwater ideas” and we want to thank you for your excellent submission.
The 2016 New England Stormy Award winners are:
• City of Quincy, MA for ” Clean Water is Everybody’s Business”
• WPI’s Massachusetts Water Resource Outreach Center for ” Partnering university students, state regulators, & municipalities for NPDES MS4 permit compliance”
• Town of Westford, MA Engineering Department for “Building Community Support for Stormwater Through Westford’s Living Lab Program”
