Prior to joining Great Meadow Farm, Chad spent two years with PhytoWorks, Inc., a plant biotechnology company investigating the capacity for native and genetically-engineered plants to sequester and/or degrade environmental contaminants.  He has also worked with The Nature Conservancy in their Philadelphia field office and Lincoln Applied Geology, a regional environmental consulting firm located in Lincoln, Vermont.
