Thanks-A-NEWEA Program
Do you know a NEWEA committee member or chair that you would like to recognize for outstanding service? Give them the thanks they deserve!
The Committee Member Appreciation committee has created a program called “Thanks-A-NEWEA”. Say “thank you” to fellow committee members and chairs for going above and beyond the call of duty. Often, the best recognition for doing a good job is receiving a thank you and knowing that your work and effort is appreciated.
Here are the particulars of the program:
- All NEWEA committee members and chairs are eligible to receive the award
- Any committee member or chair can make a “Thanks-A-NEWEA” nomination for any other committee member or chair
- Nominations can be submitted by a single person, a group, or anonymously
- Submit a “Thanks-A-NEWEA” nomination
- A “thank you” e-mail with an explanation of the program is sent to the nominee
At the Annual Committee Member Appreciation Event, outstanding nominations will be read for recognition and all nominations will be entered into a random drawing for gift certificates. The gift certificates will vary and will include movies, restaurants, shopping etc…
So, if you know of a NEWEA committee member or chair going above and beyond the call of duty, nominate them for our Thanks-A-NEWEA program!
