Nitrogen & Phosphorus Removal

The NEWEA Small Community Committee is hosting a specialty conference on Wednesday, September 11th in Providence, Rhode Island that will address the challenges small communities are facing with new nitrogen and phosphorous removal requirements.
Following a series of presentations in the morning, participants are invited to participate in a boat tour of Narragansett Bay which will highlight recent water quality improvements and future work. View flyer >>
Who Should Attend: Wastewater treatment plant operations and managers, town managers and engineers, public works directors, regulators, consulting engineers and those providing products and services to the industry are encourage to attend.

Training Contact Hours (TCHs) will be offered by participating states for operator recertification.
