Wastewater collection system operators and managers are faced with many key decisions on a daily basis.  With aging infrastructure, development pressure an rising costs, strategic and cost-effective operation and management of collection systems is a must.  Engineers are also faced with the challenges of designing new collection systems that are not only cost-effective, but increasingly innovative so as to: minimize operational issues, maximize energy efficiency and protect the surrounding environment.

Westford Regency, Westford, MAThe Collection Systems Specialty Seminar & Exhibit on September 11 in Westford, MA will cover a variety of distinctive collection systems topics.  To compliment the educational seminar, an exhibition of the latest products and services will be available during breaks and the luncheon. Training Contact Hours (TCHs) will be awarded to particpating states.

The committee is currently reviewing abstracts submittals.  Speakers will be notified before June 2012.
