Water Reuse Technologies & Applications in New England & Beyond 

The Water Reuse Committee is pleased to announce a specialty seminar & exhibit on Thursday, May 6, 2010 in Worcester, MA covering water reuse, water quality, innovation technology/applications, design considerations, operational considerations, regulations, sustainable watershed management and emerging contaminants.  Seminar participants will exchange information on current state-of-the-art wastewater treatment, beneficial resue and regulatory practices. 

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

G. Wade Miller, Executive Director, WaterReuse Association will give a presentation on Water Reuse - Its Future is Now

Confirmations will be emailed to all seminar registrants. 

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by April 30, 2010.  Due to Association agreements and guarantees, fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the meeting.

Table Top Display Preference - Displays will be located around the perimeter of the exhibit area.  All breaks and lunch will be served in this room.  Refer to floorplanPlease indicate your first three choices below:




Table top displays are assigned based upon availability and on a first-come, first-served basis as determeined by the date of receipt of request.  Every effort is made to accommodate each exhibitor's preferred location.  However, the Association reserves the right to assign space to meet the needs of the Association, Exhibitors, and Attendees.


Cost Information - Exhibit Deadline is Friday, April 30, 2010



 Cost is $350 per booth.



$25.00.  Limited.  Exhibitors responsible for any extension cords or power strips needed.

 

Note:  Each table top registration allows one representative to attend free of charge.  Additional reps must register separately using the online registration form.  Additional reps may receive the member rate.

Contract Terms and Conditions

  1. This agreement shall be made and effective only upon acceptance by both NEWEA and the Exhibitor. NEWEA reserves all rights to the Exhibition and may reject any and all proposed agreements or make reassignments as necessary.
  2. The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all terms, conditions and regulations set forth in the "Exhibit Terms".  
  3. Refunds - NEWEA must receive a cancellation notice in writing by Friday, April 30, 2010 and a refund will only be granted if NEWEA is able to fill the reserved table top display with a replacement Exhibitor.
