 NEWEA’s Residuals Management Committee and the Northeast Biosolids and Residuals Association (NEBRA) are pleased to announce this year’s annual joint specialty conference, which will be held November 9-10 at the UMASS Lowell Conference Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.
