MEMBER Rates - In order to qualify for the member rate, you must have a membership with New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA).

*Full Conference & Expo non-member registration includes a one-year complimentary membership to NEWEA/WEF. 

**PWO Registration rates are ONLY available to NEWEA members whose membership category is a Professional Wastewater Operator (PWO).  Please Contact Us to verify your membership category.

Membership must be current or the non-member rate will automatically be charged. If you are not sure of your membership status or you wish to JOIN, please Contact Us. Membership is not transferable.

Registration Deadlines:

PreRegistration: Registration forms must be received/postmarked on or before Friday, January 8, 2010 in order to qualify for the discounted rate.  Registrations received after Friday, January 8 will automatically be charged the onsite rate.

The last day to register online, by fax or mail is January 21, 2010.  Onsite registration will be available throughout the conference.

*NEWEA accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, Purchase Orders and Check payments only. Cash is only accepted onsite.

Confirmations:

Confirmation of receipt of registration will be emailed (or mailed if no email address has been provided) to the conference attendee unless otherwise directed.

Cancellation Policy & Substitutions:

Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellation notice is required and must be received by Friday, January 8, 2010. A 20% service fee will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on registration fees or special events after Friday, January 8.  Due to Association agreements and guarantees, fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the Conference. 

Substitutions:
Substitutions must be received by January 8, 2010 in writing in order to be processed before the conference.  Substitution requests after January 8 must be done onsite.  Member rate is not transferable.
