In 2010, NEWEA Annual Conference drew almost 1800 attendees and showcased 182 exhibiting companies!  Companies from every region of the country were represented. 

*Important Information for 2011*
It is our goal to provide a continued effort in improving both the Conference as a whole, and your experience as an exhibitor.  Along with the Boston Marriott Hotel's renovations and upgrades, here is a brief outline of our planned changes:

• Exhibit Hall Floor Plan:  The floor plan has been revised to create a centrally located Exhibit Area on two floors connected by an internal staircase. A total of 115 booths will be located on the 3rd Floor and 74 booths (renumbered) will be located on the 4th Floor.
   
• Receptions:  Evening receptions will be held on Monday and Tuesday. 
   
• Technical Sessions/Various Meetings: Technical Sessions and meetings will be held in existing meeting rooms located throughout the 3rd and 4th floors, as done in years past.
   
• The Exhibit Area is open to the public on Wednesday, Janaury 26, 2011
   
• 3rd Floor Exhibit Area has been modified to allow for better flow
   
• Increased signage for exhibit area and technical sessions.
   
• Expanded conference registration area on the 4th floor.
