To ensure a successful conference, NEWEA is seeking your support as a conference sponsor. There are five sponsorships being offered below. If you chose an Exhibit Area Sponsorship, you will be contacted regarding your day/time preference. Exhibit Area Sponsorships are available in 2-hr increment and will be located on the 3rd and 4th floors.

General Conference Sponsor - $250:

General Conference Sponsorships help defray the overall cost of the conference. Sponsoring companies will be listed in the final program and on a sponsor board.

Exhibit Area Sponsor - Caricature Artists - $200:

Let an artist turn a blank piece of paper into a caricature sketch in minutes. A sponsor board featuring your company name will be prominently displayed.

Exhibit Area Sponsor - Relaxation Station - $200:

Two certified massage therapists will be available to give 10 minute "mini" massages to attendees. A sponsor board with your company name on it will be prominently displayed.

Exhibit Area Sponsor - Luggage Tags - $200:

Have your business card turned into a "one-of-a-kind" luggage tag! A sponsor board with your company name will be prominently displayed.

Exhibit Area Sponsor - Coffee Break- $250:

Coffee will be served in the exhibit area during regularly scheduled breaks between technical sessions along with the Wednesday Exhibit Area lunch. A sponsor board with your company name will be prominently displayed.
