How to Exhibit

Booth sales are now open on a first-come, first-served basis.  Applications are assigned in date receipt order with preference given on past participation.  Payment accepted with application.  Final balance is due January 6, 2012. 

Exhibitors are required to review the Exhibit Terms - Official rules and regulations prior to signing the exhibit space application and contract. Additionally, the exhibitor agrees to all the terms and conditions in the agreement.

How to Reserve a Booth

  1. ONLINE - Complete the Online Exhibit Space Application and Contract.  Credit cards, purchase orders accepted online.  Mail checks separately to NEWEA.
     
  2. DOWNLOAD - Print, complete and sign the Exhibit Space Application and Contract(PDF).  Return to the NEWEA office by fax: 781-939-0907 or mail to: NEWEA, 10 Tower Office Park, Suite 601, Woburn, MA  01801-2155 

How Much? 

  "Discount" Registration received on or before September 16, 2011 Standard Registration received after September 16, 2011
Exhibit Booth $1090.00 $1190.00

What's included in the booth space? 

Each booth space rented will include the following: 

  • One 10'w x 8'd exhibit booth, ceiling is 8’ high (exhibit area is carpeted)
  • 8’ back drape and 3’ side rail dividers
  • 7" x 44" exhibitor identification sign
  • One 2’ x 6’ draped and skirted table
  • Two chairs and wastebasket
  • Admission for FOUR representatives, which includes:
    • Two full access badges (admittance to Exhibit Area and Technical Sessions)
    • Two exhibit hall only badges
    • Admission to Monday and Tuesday Evening Receptions
    • Admission to Wednesday Exhibit Lunch 

The exhibitor is responsible for additional needs such as electricity, other utility connections and shipping.

How will Booth Space be Assigned?

Priority of space assignments will be based upon availability on a first-come, first-served basis as determined by the date of receipt of Application with preference given based on past participation (refer to the exhibit space application).  If the requested space selections are not available, the “next best available” space will be assigned.

Exhibitors who desire assignment next to each other (such as business or professional affiliates or a parent company and its subsidiary) should submit their applications together; however, each will need to submit a separate application form.

When will Booth Space be Assigned?

Exhibitors will receive notification of booth assignments by early December.  An exhibitor service manual that includes drayage, electrical forms, and shipping information will be sent to registered exhibitors from the official service contractor prior to the Exposition.
