The Residuals Management Committee focuses on developing Association policies on residuals management, and educating members and the public on the technical and regulatory aspects of residuals management. The Committee participates in the dissemination of information including proposed and promulgated rules and regulations. The Committee works in coordination with the New England Biosolids and Residuals Association (NEBRA).
